Unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in a custom service agreement, all intellectual property rights in the software, content, and materials created by Nexolabz Solutions remain the property of Nexolabz Solutions until full payment is received. Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for custom deliverables are transferred to the client as outlined in their specific contract.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nexolabz Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services.

6. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Our services may incorporate artificial intelligence models and tools. While we strive for high accuracy, AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies (commonly referred to as "hallucinations"). Clients are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content before relying on it for critical business decisions.

Your continued use of the website and services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
